项目调研。推荐适宜的设计风格、以视觉感官最易感受的图片形式对建筑室内风格进行诠释、辅以相应的家具配饰表达设计师对整体风格的建筑
Establish and identify design strategy and requirements of each project. 
Provide mood board and concept narrative and design direction. Provide high quality rendering that capture the essence of the design and project.  

方案设计
依据选定的内装风格开展进一步的深化，从合理的空间规划到细致的渲染效果演示，以及软装设计，将设计风格与室内照明的完美结合，将感性的概念风格转换成明晰的图形图案。

In design development, the schematic plans and elevations are reviewed, revised and expanded to incorporate all the details and specifications required for construction. Project components are looked at to the greater detail.

扩初设计

依据方案设计中的各种细节要求。逐一进行深化，对建筑材料、家具、机电、五金、卫浴、饰面、天花等细节内容展开设计。

The overall design scheme and intent will be fully documented into materials reference and construction details in respect to each discipline/scope  under our responsibility.  

样板间设计

提供客房类型分析报告，进行样板区域选定，并提交区域的深化设计的各项工作。

Our team will inspect mockup and carry our analysis reporting based on design strategy, construction details and quality assurance, these functions will be fully coordinated by our team to final approval  by all stakeholder. 

招标图纸设计

达到可以指导建筑单位进行施工图设计的深度、提供相应细节图纸的规格尺寸要求的说明。

Provide full documentation of construction and specification package in accordance to tender process. 

施工图纸

确保施工图的准确性，把控图纸的信息深度和质量。负责审图并解决施工图的课实施性的问题。

Ensure the accuracy of construction drawings based on design intent, construction details and quality capture in shop drawings. Responsible for shop drawing review and solve any problem of construction drawing process and provide solution in a coordinated manner with all related party.  

施工及安装配合

定期出访客户的专案现场，完成对施工单位的图纸交底工作；确保施工单位按设计文件进行。

Schedule, coordinate and monitor site visit regularly to ensure design intent and quality assurance are maintained accordingly.   Ensure that the construction team  follow the design documents
